Day 1 — Arrival and a Magical Night on the Nile
You arrive in Cairo and are transferred to your hotel for check-in. Later in the evening, we pick you up again for something truly special. You board a beautiful Nile cruising restaurant for a two-hour dinner cruise. As your boat sails gently down the Nile, a full dinner is served to you. A talented belly dancer performs before your eyes. A folklore show brings Egyptian culture to life. Oriental music plays softly in the background. This is a warm and joyful way to begin your Egyptian story. Afterward, you return to your hotel for a restful night.
Day 2 — The Great Pyramids of Giza and the Egyptian Museum
After a relaxing breakfast, your private guide takes you to the Giza Plateau. This is home to one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. You stand before the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus. You also see the famous Sphinx and the Valley Temple. You enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, your guide takes you to the world-famous Egyptian Museum. This museum was designed by French architect Marcel Dourgnon in an elegant neo-classical style. Inside, over 120,000 treasures are on display. These span from the predynastic era through the Pharaonic age to the Greco-Roman period. Afterward, you return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 2 — The Egyptian Museum and Pyramids

After breakfast, you travel to the Mediterranean coast to visit Alexandria. Your guide meets you there to begin a rich day of discovery. You visit the Bibliotheca Alexandrina first. This modern library is a striking piece of 21st-century architecture. It honours the ancient Library of Alexandria, one of history’s greatest centres of learning.
Next, you visit Pompey’s Pillar. This grand column was built in honour of Emperor Diocletian at the end of the 4th century. It once stood as part of a temple rivalling the greatest structures of the ancient world. You then explore the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa. This is the largest Roman cemetery in Egypt, cut three levels deep into solid rock. You enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Alexandria. In the late afternoon, you are transferred back to Cairo for your final overnight stay.
Day 4 — Final Departure
After a relaxing breakfast, you enjoy some leisure time at your hotel. When you are ready, we pick you up and transfer you to Cairo International Airport. Your final flight home brings a close to your Egyptian story, one that began with the same warm care it ends with.

Your special Nile dinner cruise on the first evening includes a full dinner, served to you as you sail beneath the Cairo skyline. If you happen to have an early flight or tour, we prepare a breakfast box in advance, so you are never left hungry.
Total Care Until You Leave
Our care for you continues through every single day of your trip. Every hotel check-in is arranged in advance. Every transfer is private and pre-planned. Every entry ticket to every historical site is already included in your package.
You receive a bottle of water each day, helping you stay comfortable under the Egyptian sun. When your journey comes to an end, we transfer you back to Cairo International Airport ourselves. We make sure you are looked after until your very last moment in Egypt.
What Is Included
Your 3-night journey includes accommodation in a quality Cairo hotel for all three nights. It includes private VIP ground transfers throughout your trip, including your day trip to Alexandria. It includes a private, English-speaking guide for every tour. It includes all entry fees for the historical sites mentioned above. It includes one bottle of water for each day of your journey. It includes private meet-and-assist service at the airport through our expediter. It also includes every meal listed in your day-by-day itinerary, including your special Nile dinner cruise.
A few things are not included, so you can plan ahead with confidence. These are your entry visa, tipping for your guide and drivers, any extra meals beyond those listed, beverages other than water, and any optional extra tours you may wish to add.
Pricing for the 3-Night Journey
Our 3-night package is priced per person, based on a shared double room in a 4-star hotel. The hotels chosen will be of the highest standard. Invariably, there will be a wide choice of recreational activities. Most hotels will have at least one beautiful swimming pool. There will also restaurants and bars for your enjoyment. You will appreciate the impeccable room service.
- For two travellers, the rate is $715 USD per person.
- For four travellers, the rate is $550 USD per person.
- For six travellers, the rate is $500 USD per person.
If you prefer a triple room, a reduction of $6 USD per person applies. If you prefer to travel alone, a single supplement of $140 USD applies.
An upgrade to Five star accommodation is available upon request.
